About TSJOG in General (All rights reserved)

This package may be used and distributed freely for NON-COMMERCIAL,
NON-INSTITUTIONAL, PRIVATE purposes, provided it is not changed in
any way. (Repacking with another method is ok, though.) For ANY
other usage, such as use in a business enterprise or a university,
contact the author for registration. Uploading to bulletin boards is
encouraged. Please do not distribute any part of this package
separately.
The programs are under development. If you have any comments or bug
reports, please do not hesitate to use electronic mail for
communication.

JOG.EXE (ver 1.3) If jogging is your thing
=================
Calculates various statistics for a jogging enthusiast.
Usage: JOG DistanceKm Time [ComparisonDistance] [/i[IntervalMeters]]
include Interval schedule ─┘
E.g. if you have clocked a time of 30:21 for seven kilometers, apply
JOG 7 30:21
If you want to know what your (assuming constant speed) time for two
and a half kilometers was, apply
JOG 7 30:21 2.5
The time must be given as [hh:]mm:ss. The hours:minutes:seconds can
alternatively be separated by a point (.) or a comma (,).
JOGSUM.WKS Jogging for AsEasyAs spreadsheet
==========
A spreadsheet template to calculate the average time per kilometer,
a comparison to Cooper's test, and the speed km/h. It also
calculates the total of your jogging outings, and the respective
statistics for the total. To use the program you will need a
spreadsheet program like As Easy As (shareware) or VP Planner (fully
commercial). The former is available from Garbo as

PACE.EXE (Ver. 1.4) Timer to pace your calisthenics
